The protection of your personal data is an important concern for us. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG), and other applicable legal regulations (e.g. Telecommunications Act, Artificial Intelligence Act).
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, e-mail address or IP address).
When visiting and using this website, personal data may be processed. Depending on the functions used, cookies may also be set and third-party services integrated. The respective legal basis is specified for each processing operation in the corresponding section. Details on the services used can be found under point 6 (Integrated services and tools).
This website is hosted by the following provider:
Framer B.V., Rokin 75, 1012 KL Amsterdam, Netherlands.
When you access the website, the provider processes the technically required access data (see point 4) on our behalf for the purpose of providing the website and ensuring its technical functionality. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider, which ensures compliance with data protection regulations.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision and operation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The provision of personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract, but viewing the website without providing the data is not possible.
Each time the website is accessed, technical data transmitted by your browser is automatically collected. This includes in particular:
IP address of the accessing device
Date and time of access
Accessed page or file
Amount of data transferred
Browser type and operating system used
The previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted
This data is technically necessary to deliver the website correctly, ensure its stability and security, and ward off attacks. This data is not merged with other data sources, nor is it evaluated for marketing purposes.

Purpose: Processing your request and communicating with you.
Processed data: The details you entered (e.g., name, email address, message) as well as technical transmission data.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual communication); insofar as no contractual relationship is initiated, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The provision of personal data is not required by law, but is at most necessary for initiating and concluding a contract. Failure to provide the data would mean that we cannot process your request.
Third country transfer: Framer is a company based within the EU, but processes the data during transmission via sub-processors, some of which are located in the USA; the data transfer is adequately secured via Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
Storage period / Revocation: Storage until the inquiry has been finally processed and there are no conflicting legal storage obligations. You can object to the processing at any time.

The provision of personal data is not required by law. If you decide not to use our chatbot and therefore not to provide your data, this would mean that you cannot use our chatbot.
Automated decision-making: There is no solely automated decision-making with legal effect within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Storage period / Revocation: 90 days; consent given can be revoked at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until revocation).
